Services

We provide website design and development, SEO and local SEO, logo design, and graphic design services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and price for any project are defined in a separate written quote or agreement before work begins. Nothing on this website is itself a binding offer or invoice.

Quotes and pricing

The pricing page explains how projects are scoped. Your price is confirmed in writing before work starts. The duration, billing schedule and cancellation terms for ongoing services are set in your individual service agreement.

Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate information, timely feedback, and necessary assets (logos, copy, account access) needed to complete the work
• Own or have the right to use any content, images, or materials you provide us
• Make payments according to the terms of your individual project agreement

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, final deliverables (completed website files, logo files, design files) become your property once paid in full. We retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Payment

Payment terms, deposits, and schedules are set in your individual project agreement. Work may pause if payment is not received according to those terms.

Cancellation

Either party may cancel ongoing services per the notice terms in the individual service agreement. Work completed and costs incurred up to the cancellation date remain payable.

No guarantee of results

We work to industry best practices for SEO, design, and web performance, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, or business outcomes. Search engines and markets change, and results depend on factors outside our control.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Get Big Marketing, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Content on this website is for general informational purposes. You may not copy, republish, or misuse site content, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site.
