Connected campaigns · Indianapolis area
One plan.
Carried across
every channel.
A focused idea that travels through your website, print materials, email and social — designed as one set, by one person.

Why it matters
Separate vendors.
Disconnected results.
When a web developer, a printer and an outreach person each work independently, the campaign feels like it. One person carrying the whole thing keeps the message, the look and the timing consistent — without the coordination overhead.
How I workThe campaign pieces
One idea.
Every piece matches.
The exact pieces depend on your goal. We agree on the scope in writing before the work starts.
The plan and the idea
The goal, the audience, one clear message and a plain list of the pieces the goal needs, with dates worked backward from the event or launch.

Common questions
Before
we start.
How much does event marketing cost for a small festival in Indianapolis?
Cost depends on which pieces the event needs, how many, and what has to be printed. After we talk it through, you receive a written scope and fee to review before approving. Printing and other outside costs are identified separately. See the pricing page for how projects are priced.
Do I need an event marketing agency for a church festival?
Get Big can bring the plan, design, print files and outreach together for a local festival. You work directly with Kraig, and the scope identifies the pieces needed and the suppliers involved.
What can a connected campaign include?
Depending on the goal: the plan, the event website or landing page, yard signs, shirts and flyers prepared as production files, and the outreach pieces that get people to show up. Exactly which pieces are included is written into the scope.
How far ahead should we start planning our festival marketing?
It depends on the pieces you need and your suppliers. Print, shirts and signage each have their own lead times, and those are worked into the scope before work starts. The earlier the conversation, the more options are open.
