Print & promo · Indianapolis area
Design and production
guidance for print,
signs and promo.
Brochure design and print-ready files for small businesses in the Indianapolis area: brochures, signs, apparel and trade show graphics designed as one set and prepared for your printer or vendor.

Pieces chosen for the goal
Print and promo pieces
that work as a set.
A screen-focused layout can miss production requirements, and file preparation alone cannot organize a sales message. Here the same person handles both: what a buyer needs to understand, and the file that carries it. Get Big prepares designs and files — physical production goes to your printer or a vendor.
Brochures
Explain your offer in a useful reading order, with the detail a prospect reviews after a conversation.
Yard signs and banners
Put a readable message in a compact space, or make the main message readable at a distance.
Apparel artwork
Artwork that fits the garment and the decoration requirements, prepared for your vendor.
Trade show graphics
Graphics that fit display templates and the booth layout, so the backdrop communicates before someone reaches your table.
Business cards, sales sheets and case study layouts
Supporting pieces that carry the same message, added only where they serve a clear purpose.
Press-ready files
Each file matches the selected vendor's production specifications for size, bleed, color, images and fonts.
You do not need every format to run a useful campaign. Start with what your buyers will actually use, then add pieces where they serve a clear purpose.
A steady process
You approve the design
before the files are final.
Deliverables and revisions are agreed first. Printing and delivery need their own time, so vendor deadlines are built into the plan from the start.
- 01 / DEFINE
Define the piece
Share your offer, intended use, brand assets and deadline, with printer or booth-provider specifications when you have them.
- 02 / DESIGN
Review the layout
We develop the layout and refine it through the agreed revision rounds while you check details and accuracy.
- 03 / PREPARE
Prepare the files
After approval, we check the artwork and export files for your vendor. Working-file needs are confirmed in scope.
- 04 / HAND OFF
Hand off to production
Files go to your printer or a production vendor. They make the physical pieces, on their own schedule.
About the illustration above: The print and promo scene is original Get Big studio artwork — an illustrative concept, not a photograph of finished print work or a client's campaign. Get Big designs and prepares files; physical production is a separate vendor's work.
What makes a file ready for print
Checked against
the real job.
A handheld brochure and a large banner have different requirements, so the intended output is confirmed first instead of applying one export setting to every project.
Size and bleed
Bleed extends artwork beyond the trim edge so cutting does not leave a white sliver. The amount comes from the vendor.
Safe margins and folds
Important content stays away from cuts and folds, with text and logos placed inside the safe area.
Image quality at final size
Enlarging a small image can expose problems that were hard to see in the layout, so images are checked at the size they will be reproduced.
Color and fonts
Color requirements are confirmed with the printer, and font handling is checked in the production PDF. The finished file is checked against the agreed specification.
Design and production are separate
What you pay Get Big,
and what you pay the printer.
- Design and file preparation are scoped and agreed in writing before work begins. See pricing for how projects are priced.
- Printing, signs, shirts, banners and other physical production are charged by the printer or vendor, separate from design.
- Get Big does not operate a print shop, and does not promise production, installation or delivery dates; those depend on the vendor and the job.
- Vendor-specific work, such as embroidery digitizing, is separate unless it is written into the scope.
Common questions
Before
we start.
Can you fix a brochure file another designer made?
Yes. Get Big Marketing can review existing artwork against your printer's specifications and prepare corrected production files. First, send the original layout, linked images and printer requirements. Then we identify what needs attention, explain any missing assets and agree on the work before making changes.
Do you handle printing as well as design?
Get Big Marketing handles design and production file preparation; we do not operate a print shop. However, we can work with your existing printer or connect you with a production vendor. We confirm technical requirements before final delivery, so the artwork fits the equipment and product you choose.
Can you use our existing logo and brand guidelines?
Yes. Your current logo, colors and brand guidelines give the project a starting point. We apply them across brochures, signs and display graphics. If an asset cannot reproduce clearly at the required size, we explain the problem first and discuss whether file cleanup or a logo refresh makes sense.
How long does brochure design take?
Your schedule depends on page count, available content, revisions and the printer's production deadline. First, we review those details and agree on milestones. Then you know when to supply materials and approve artwork. Printing and delivery need their own time, so we include those deadlines when planning the design work.
