Graphic design for
trade shows, proposals
and campaign materials.
Graphic design for trade show booths, proposals and campaign materials. Bold enough to read from across the floor, organized around one clear message, and prepared by a designer with 25+ years in commercial print and production.

Collateral, trade show and digital
The asset family,
in the formats you use.
On a crowded floor, a graphic has seconds to say one clear thing. One clear message sells better than five confusing ones, so the work starts with hierarchy: what people read first, second and third.
Trade show graphics
Booth backdrops, banners, standees and wall graphics designed to read from across the floor and to fit your booth dimensions and your provider's specs.
Proposals and collateral
Proposal covers, brochures, one-sheets, business cards and stationery that carry your identity and read clearly.
Digital campaign graphics
Social, email and website graphics in the same look, sized for the places they run.
Signage and display artwork
Layouts for signs and displays, designed with how they will be produced in mind.
Files and source
Print-ready files in whatever your printer needs: CMYK PDFs, high-resolution PNGs for screens and layered source files if you need to edit later.
Which pieces apply, how many concepts and revision rounds are included, and the timeline are written into the scope before work begins.

About the illustration above: The graphic design scene is original Get Big studio artwork — a flat design study, not a client's booth or installed work. No client trade show work is shown here; client work is added only once permission is on record.

Common questions
Before
we start.
How long does graphic design for a trade show take?
It depends on scope and complexity. A simple booth backdrop with one or two concepts is a smaller job than booth walls, standees and printed materials. The timeline and review points are agreed in the scope before work begins, and they depend on how quickly decisions come back.
What file formats do you provide?
Print-ready files in whatever your printer needs: CMYK PDFs, high-resolution PNGs for screen display, and layered source files if you need to edit later.
Can you work with our existing booth provider?
Yes. Give us the dimensions and specs, we design to fit, and we can coordinate directly with your booth provider on production requirements.
Do you design for other mediums or just trade shows?
We design for any medium: logos, business cards, brochures, social media, packaging, website graphics. Trade show work is a specialty, but the same print-production discipline applies to every project.
How much does this cost?
Every project is different, so quotes are based on scope, timeline and revisions. See the pricing page for how projects are priced, or ask for a free review for an estimate that fits your project.
How is graphic design different from print and promo?
Graphic design covers the design decisions and the family of assets: message, hierarchy, typography, layout and files. Print and promo covers the physical output: production requirements, file prep for a specific vendor and coordination. Printing and booth fabrication are paid to the vendor, separate from design.
