Get Big Marketing, LLC ("we," "us," "our") provides website design and marketing services to businesses in the Indianapolis area. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it and the choices you have.

We collect information in two ways:
- Information you send us. Our contact and review forms ask for your name, email address, business name and location. You can also include your website, goals and project details. The forms do not ask for payment information. Please do not include passwords, payment details or other sensitive information in your message.
- Website traffic and performance. Cloudflare hosts and protects this site and processes technical request information, including IP addresses and traffic data. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures page visits and loading performance to help us understand how the site works for visitors.
How we use your information
- To respond to inquiries and provide requested audits, quotes, or project scoping
- To communicate with you about a project you've inquired about or started
- To improve this website and our services
- To meet legal or accounting obligations tied to work performed
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Third-party services
Cloudflare provides hosting, security and website analytics. Web3Forms processes contact and review submissions and sends them to our Zoho Mail inbox so we can reply. These providers process information as part of delivering their services. Their privacy policies explain how they handle that information:
Cookies and performance measurement
This site uses Cloudflare's performance measurement script. Cloudflare describes how it collects those metrics in its Web Analytics documentation. Cloudflare's security services can set cookies when needed to protect the site. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. We do not add advertising cookies.
Data retention
We retain information submitted through our forms for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver services or meet legal and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it. Service providers retain information under their own policies, linked above.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've submitted through this site. Use our contact form to request access, a correction or deletion.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
